Smart Ops Lab is a Japan-based indie workspace — not a large agency. We offer free tools and hands-on help when a single blocker is eating your afternoon. We work with Shopify store operators, solo developers, makers on side projects, and people new to e-commerce in Japan; different backgrounds, but often the same feeling of being stuck on one technical detail.

Most online work is a chain of small frictions — a checkout glitch, a CSV import error, a listing rule surprise, a dev setup that runs long. These rarely need a six-month contract. They need someone who can narrow the problem, fix what is in scope, and leave you with something you can keep using.

We start with the one thing that is actually blocked, lower the hurdle there, and hand off clearly. Practical before promotional; creative when it helps, never at the cost of clarity.

On the product side, this site hosts free utilities such as Dev Setup and GIF & Image Paste, with more tools — including browser extensions — planned over time. On the services side, we take scoped remote jobs through Fiverr and Coconala: Shopify fixes, CSV cleanup, and marketplace listing reviews. Shopify is our deepest area; engagements stay small with explicit scope.

Smart Ops Lab は、日本を拠点とするインディー・ワークスペースです。大きな代理店ではなく、無料で試せるツールと、つまずいたときの実務支援を届けています。Shopify 店舗運営者、個人開発者、副業でものづくりを続ける方、EC 初心者など、背景は違っても「この 1 点が片付けば進めるのに」という感覚はよく似ています。

ネット上の仕事の多くは、巨大な作り直しではなく小さな摩擦の連続です。チェックアウトの不具合、CSV のインポートエラー、出品ルールの見落とし、長引く開発環境構築——半年単位の契約は要りません。問題を絞り、範囲内で直し、あとから使い続けられる形で渡す。それで十分なことがほとんどです。

進め方は宣伝より実用が先。いま止まっている 1 点から手を付け、ハードルを下げ、わかりやすく引き渡します。クリエイティブに楽しくなるのは歓迎ですが、わかりやすさを犠牲にはしません。

プロダクトは Dev Setup や GIF & Image Paste など、このサイトで無料公開しています。ブラウザ拡張なども今後追加予定です。サービスは Fiverr・ココナラ経由で、Shopify 修正・CSV 整備・出品チェックなど範囲を決めたリモート案件を受けています。Shopify まわりがもっとも厚く、依頼は小さくスコープを明確にします。
